What does the customer service role at Youpret involve?

The main focus of the customer service role is serving customers via email and phone. Our customer service representatives help customers with various issues and organise interpreter bookings.

The role includes verbal and written communication with customers and requires fluent Finnish. Other language skills (e.g. English, Swedish, Russian, German) are an advantage.

Being articulate, proactive and a team player are assets. Attention to detail and an organised approach are required. IT skills and quick adoption of new systems are an advantage.

Our customer service team works at our office in Joensuu. We provide comprehensive onboarding and support from the Youpret community.
