Language services specialist
What does the role of a language services specialist at Youpret involve?
We continuously develop our interpreting services and expand our interpreter network. As our business grows, we are strengthening our team with a permanent language services specialist focused on domestic interpreter recruitment.
The duties include processing interpreter applications, interviewing interpreters, drafting contracts, creating user accounts, onboarding interpreters to work with Youpret, and participating in the development of interpreting services and the recruitment process. Depending on your working languages, interpreting and translation tasks may also be available.
What we expect from you:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in foreign languages; studies focused on translation and interpreting are an advantage
- Native or C1–C2 level fluency in Finnish
- Other language skills such as Swedish, English, Russian, German, French or Arabic are considered an advantage
- Previous experience in translation and interpreting, multilingual communication or HR is an advantage but not required
- Fluent and careful written communication as well as confident spoken communication in your working languages.
