We are developing our interpreting services and expanding our interpreter network, especially for German and Russian language pairs. As our business grows, we are strengthening our team with a permanent language specialist responsible for recruiting German- and Russian-speaking interpreters.


The responsibilities include creating job ads for interpreters, processing applications, interviewing interpreters, drafting contracts, creating user accounts, onboarding interpreters to work with Youpret and possible market research related to interpretation services. Translation tasks from Youpret's Finnish or English materials may also be possible.


What we expect from you:

  • Either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in foreign languages; studies focused on translation and interpreting are an advantage, or e.g. a degree in international business.
  • Native or C1–C2 level fluency in Finnish or English
  • Native or C1–C2 level fluency in German; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of German-speaking cultures and societies
  • Previous work experience in translation and interpreting, multilingual communication or HR is an advantage but not required
  • Fluent and careful written communication as well as confident verbal communication in your working languages.
