What does the sales assistant role at Youpret involve?
The main focus of the sales assistant role is contacting existing contract clients, mapping needs and generating additional sales. Tasks can be expanded to other sales or marketing areas depending on skills and preferences.
The sales assistant role requires a proactive attitude, genuine interest in helping customers and confidence in meeting people from different sectors. Digital skills are required as we use several IT systems.
Familiarity with the public sector and experience with CRM systems are an advantage but not required for the sales assistant role. Prior knowledge of the interpreting industry is not required as we provide training.
The role requires fluent written and spoken Finnish, as our clients are mainly Finnish-speaking. Knowledge of Swedish, German, French or Russian in addition to Finnish and English is a big plus.
